Pastor Robert W. Fry was graduated from Baptist Bible College of Springfield, Missouri, in 1969, and received both his Masters Degree and honorary doctorate from the International Baptist Bible College.  He has served as senior pastor in churches in Virginia and Maryland before coming to Bible Baptist Church in 1991.  He and his wife Barbara have two adult children, Bryan and Julia and seven grandchildren.

Both Bryan and Julia graduated from Lakeshore Christian School, a ministry of Bible Baptist Church, went on to Christian colleges and are now married with children of their own.
