Students are expected to treat everyone with courtesy and respect and to show proper deference to authority.
Griping, complaining, cheating, stealing, and borrowing items without permission are not tolerated.
Only words which glorify the Lord will be permitted. As Christians we are to refrain from repeating smutty jokes, off-color stories, and from glorifying wickedness. Students will be instructed to refrain from these and other questionable expressions, language, or suggestive words.
There is a "hands off" policy for all students and a distance of at least six inches to be maintained between boys and girls.
Marked on, defaced, damaged, or broken property is to be replaced at the expense of the student.
Anyone who defaces books, underlines in resource or library books, or marks in Score Keys will pay for the material damaged.
When a student checks out physical education equipment, he is responsible to return it or pay for it.
Lunches are not to be kept at the student's desk or office.
Without special privilege or permission, food and drink are to be consumed only in the lunchrooms.
Gum is not permitted on school grounds.
No candy is allowed in the classrooms; only breath mints or cough drops are permitted.
No coats, jackets, boots, or gym shoes are to be worn in the classroom.
The following areas are OFF LIMITS: all church equipment and facilities except where authorized, teachers' desks and files, classrooms where teachers are not present, vehicles in parking lot, and school office without special permission.
Students should use the restrooms before and after school or during breaks.
Students are allowed in classrooms before 8:15 only to place books on desk and to sharpen pencil. No talking is permitted there. The break rooms may be used until 8:15 unless this privilege is abused.
Students' use of telephone (both incoming and outgoing calls) should be limited; except in emergencies, there will be a charge for each call made.
